Sépaq Camping Lac Granet:
From Highway 117, take road 44 and then road 441. On road 441 travel approximately 3 km to reach Camping Lac Granet;
144 km from Le Domaine.

POINTS OF INTEREST

This easy circuit will allow canoeists to take a long trip with few portages. Lac Granet offers beautiful scenery.

REMARKS

Lac Granet can be difficult to paddle in high winds due to high waves. The section between the outlet of Lac Granet and
Lac Poiré offers little interest; there are several fishing camps and the shore line is very grassy.
Very close to Highway 117 (15 km).

WE RECOMMEND:

10 km a day for novices

15 km a day for intermediates

20 km a day for experts

PUT-IN

Sépaq Camping Barker:
From Highway 117, take road 38 for approximately 28 km, and then, take the fork indicating: Camping Barker;
125 km from Le Domaine.

POINTS OF INTEREST

Very nice lakes circuit. Lac Cawasachouane and Lac Henault are long and narrow, and easy to navigate in windy conditions because of the great number of islands that provide shelter.
A remarkable section between Lac Henault and Lac des Baies
is characterized by a series of small lakes connected by short portages.

REMARKS

The 25 km linear section (12,5 km two-way) allows to reach
the 83 km loop.

WE RECOMMEND:

10 km a day for novices

15 km a day for intermediates

20 km a day for experts
