TERMS OF RESERVATION
All reservations are confirmed by the payment of a deposit of 50%, which may be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We recommend reserving your rental equipment at least two weeks in advance.
IN SEASON : Reservations must be made by calling 1-888-435-2331 or 1-819-435-2331, with your credit card in hand and after having read the following informations. Reservations by e-mail will only be confirmed upon reception of the deposit.
OFF SEASON : Send your detailed reservation request to info@canot-camping.ca. The reservation will be confirmed at the begining of the season, when we will contact you for the payment of the deposit.
CANCELATION POLICY
EQUIPMENT RENTALS (EXCEPT KAYAKS), FIXED CAMPSITES AND GROUP CAMPSITES
With any cancellation made 3 days (72 hours) or more before the date reserved, a $30 administration fee is charged on refunding the deposit. With any cancellation made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the date reserved, the deposit is not refunded.
EXCURSION PACKAGE WITHOUT GUIDE, KAYAK AND SHUTTLE
With any cancellation made 5 days or more before the date reserved, a $30 administration fee is charged on refunding the deposit. With any cancellation made less than 5 days before the date reserved, the deposit is not refunded.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit is required when you take possession of your equipment; this will be refunded when you return the equipment (deposits required for various rental items are shown on the rental page in “Products and Services” section).
CAMPSITES AND CIRCUITS
Only group campsites and fixed campsites can be reserved in advance. Thus, we limit the number of departure on each circuit to make sure there are enough regular campsite available. It is not possible to reserve a circuit in advance, unless you reserve a shuttle.
GROUP CAMPSITES
Campsites for groups of 10 to 20 persons are available upon reservation on Circuits #10, #11, #15, #30 and #60. They are identified by an orange sign.
FIXED CAMPSITES
Seven fixed campsites on which it is authorized to camp up to four consecutives nights are available upon reservation. They are located on lake Jean-Péré (Circuit 10), lake Antostagan (Circuit 16) and Reservoir Cabonga (Circuit 25) and are identified by a blue sign.
EXCURSION PACKAGE WITHOUT GUIDE
You must reserve packages at least 14 days prior to your departure date.
SHUTTLE
It is advisable to reserve as early as possible. Dogs are allowed in the vehicule but should be in a cage (provided by the customer) during the transport.
