Rental rates are based on the number of calendar days the equipment is used or reserved. There are no half-day rates. If the equipment is available, renters may take possession of it from 6:00 pm on the evening before the first rental day. Equipment must be returned before 6:00 pm on the last rental day. We recommend that you reserve your equipment at least two weeks in advance.
We offer 10% discount on rentals of 4 days and more and 15% on rentals of 7 days and more. Members of the Fédération québécoise du canot et du kayak benefit of an additional 10% discount (become a member) (maximum cumulative discount: 20%).
Each canoe comes with all the mandatory equipment: 3 paddles, a bailer, 2 PFD with whistle and a throw rope, except for the northern canoe which only includes paddles and bailers (PFD's and throw rope have to be rented separately).
Each kayak solo (tandem) comes with a (2) skirt, a sponge, a paddle float and all mandatory equipment: 2 (3) paddles, a (2) PFD with whistle, a throw rope and a pump.
People who prefer using their personnal but mandatory PFD or throw rope, $2.70 per PFD and $2.75 per throw rope will be substracted from the regular rental daily rate of the craft, for a maximum of $8.15 ($5.45 for solo kayaks).
